Can i buy a car from a dealer on car gurus and ship to west africa?

I am in west africa, Ghana and I would want to know if I can buy a car from
cargurus, a dealer of course and ship to Ghana.

You can buy a vehicle from a dealer who lists on this site. Cargurus doesn't sell vehicles. But shipping arrangements would be set up and paid by you.
