truck will start and run on 6 cilinders but wont when first 2 plug caps are put back on

my truck will crank but wont start when all spark plug wires are plugged in. but
when we disconnect the first two spark plug wires, the truck will start and run.
what could be the problem.

Something is wrong with these 2 cylinders if when you plug them in the truck shuts off. Look for high resistance on those 2 wires. This is relative to length of wires.

i dont know if the wires are reversed. its actually my brothers truck. him and my father replaced distributor and cap, starter, spark plugs, cam sensor. im also at school right now but ill get back to this after i check the wires. any other thoughts?

the wires are not reversed but my grandfather said to take the distributor cap off and turn the distributor or distributor cap 180°, I'm not 100% sure which he said, and it very well could start up and run. Any thoughts?
