Won't start

05 pickup, 6 cyl, turns over, will not start. Replaced fuse box, no help.

You need to check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail and you need to check for spark. If you are missing either one the truck will not start. Some people (I am not one of those) spray a small amount of starting fluid into the intake to see if the engine tries to fire. If it tries to fire with starting fluid that tells you it has spark, but is not getting fuel.
