2011 dodge ram 1500 with 3.7 engine v6 fuel pump constantly runing with key removed

on this model year there is no fuel pump relay it uses what chrysler call it tottaly integrated control module

Do you have to replace full TIPM to fix problem with fuel relay that won't shut off? I have. 2011 Ram 1500 Hemi with same problem.
