ok I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9L v8

it will not start I changed the spark plugs wires and the distributer cap and rotor I thought it might have been the fuel pump changed it out still no starting up I first bought it from a guy he said it had no rev I rebuilt the tranny turns out it wasn't the problem it was the overdrive I got a new overdrive and it worked perfect now its not starting please any help will be great
