our passenger door will not unlock. All doors automatically lock and when we turn the suburban off and remove key passenger door did not unlock. Can not unlock it with key either or by pressing unlock

That is going to be a pain. Try spraying some like PB Blaster into the outside key hole, and try getting it unlocked. Hopefully you can. Then get the door panel off and see what the problem is. Probably stiff mechanisms that need to be lubed up.
