Modifying a 67-69 Impala?

I was just wondering what kinds of diesel engines would fit in a 1967-1969 Impala. I really like that body style but would rather have the torque and better mpg's of a diesel engine. I saw the conversion Impala from tv with a diesel and just wondered what engines would fit.

6.2 OR 6.5 GM GM PICK UP DIESEL WOULD BOLT RIGHT IN SET UP THE MOUNTS FOR A BIG BLOCK & USE BIG BLOCK FRONT COIL SPRINGS OTHER THAN THAT A VERY SIMPLE BOLT IN
