no heat changed therm and heater core one hose hot one not

is cooling system completly filled?.,you must burp air out.for one,the heater hoses go to engine,correct? with no shutoff inbetween,,if valve between heater hose ,get rid of it,or replace it,or make sure if vacume controlled,vac. may be absent
