car has no dash lights, no window power, headlights,and will not do anything.

Also, check your wiring down by the starter. If you have an underhood fuse box check those fuses. Some vehicles have a large, usually 100 amp, fuse marked "main". If this one blows it will most likely kill everything. HTH. -Jim
