does anyone know if parts are interchangeable with lincoln continental 2001 and 2000

if any one has a maintenance book for the 2001  do you know if the 2000 parts work on
the 2001 also?    please   and thank you

i really like my lincoln and would like to resolve some issues and have it for a long while

Which parts? Engine parts and transmission parts should be interchangeable.
