my 2002 intrigue has starting issues. I turn the ignition and it wnt turn over and sometime all the panel lights flash on and off and after turning the key back and forth many times it will start.

It sounds like perhaps the ignition cylinder is worn out since you have to turn key and try a few times and sometimes nothing happens and other times lights come on and off. did you buy car from someone that had an aftermarket stereo or other accessories installed? most of the time when subwoofers or other powered accessories are installed, people with tap into the power provided by certain ignition wires in the steering column. just another thought.
