Do you have to allow test drives?

I am trying to see my car and several people are requesting test drives. How do
I protect myself from how they drive and accidents in my vehicle?

Make sure they have a valid driver’s license and take a picture of it for security. In an accident, the fault and damages are the responsibility of the person driving not the owner.

You don't have to do anything at all but you won't sell the car without allowing a test drive. Check your insurance coverage and go along on the ride.
