can I use brake cleaner to spray clean :
1-throttle body
2-idle control valve
3-mass air flow
4-o2 sensors

The only thing you should EVER use on a MAF sensor is MAF cleaner, anything else and you'll be buying a new MAF sensor sooner than later.
