Ok, basics first. Fuse(s) Hot? Power to relay(s) hot? Power to the motors inside the doors? You must also check the harness where it comes out from the under-dash and goes into the door edge, for a break in the wires. This is a pretty common problem, especially in older cars where the driver's door gets a severe amount of use. If power everyplace, next you have to remove each window motor to see if they work or are burnt out, but before removing them, make sure nothing has been disconnected or broken off inside each door.
