New brakes & rotors squealing

All the tune, it's constant squeal even in reverse. Lubes used, anti squeal used. I'm lost. All is on correct, extra lube used as suggested. Cleaned & lubed 3 times taken off & put back...

Did you use all new hardware including the spring clips? Are there removable shims on the pads? Are your calipers moving freely? Did you clean all the surfaces that the pad contacts on the calipers? It sounds like you've covered all the bases but you've either overlooked something or the pads themselves may be defective
