Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My van will start, but when I put into drive nothing
shows up that It's in the D position. My AWD light is
on and my trac control light says off. It stil drives
fine. I took it to AutoZone and ran a test. It mentions
P0705 suggest replacing PNP switch. Does this
sound correct? Thanks

P0705 TOYOTA - Transmission Range Sensor Malfunction... Possible causes - Faulty Park/Neutral Position Switch - Misadjusted Park/Neutral Position Switch - Park/Neutral Position Switch harness is open or shorted - Park/Neutral Position Switch circuit poor electrical connection....The park/neutral position (PNP) switch includes a transmission range switch. The transmission range switch detects the selector lever position when the shift lever is in the N or P shift position and sends a signal to the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
