how do i remove and replace the ignition switch in my 2008 toyota tacoma, 5 speed, 4 cyl, 2 wd PU?

I'm sometimes getting only a clicking when trying to start, new battery, clutch
safety switch is working, i'm thinking it may be the ignition switch. whats the
process to remove and replace the ign switch?

If the clicking is coming from the starter, then the ignition switch is not the problem. May be bad battery cables if you see any corrosion on or around the wire part of them, a bad ground wire that needs to be cleaned, or the starter itself is not working.
