What does the car with the headlights on mean on the dash of 1993 Toyota Camry?

There's a picture of a car with the headlights on the dash when we are driving it. What could that mean?

to the left, under the temp gauge, if so, it is an indicator that the vehicle has atleast one light bulb malfunctioning, be sure to walk the vehicle and see every light work, brake, running, turn, i will bet it is either a running light, or brake bulb...feel free to post a pic so i can confirm the one i am thinking

It's a burned out light -- any of the outside lights. I have a 1983, boy does this baby run with 0000 problems!, and replaced two bulbs upon seeing same on dashboard. I drove my Camry with more than 220k mi from San Diego, this summer, through 100 degree heat of Arizona to South New Jersey without a sneeze! Heads turned everywhere they recognized California plates.
