can I use semi synthetic oil?

I have a 2017 Nissan Altima SL can I get semi synthetic oil purr in it, is that
good or bad to use or no?

You will be fine, as long as it is the required weight as you owners manual specify's.

Does Nissan spec synthetic? If so you should use it. So called semi syn oil has almost no synthetic in it.
