I like Fiat 500L but I want Petrol engine only. Low road Tax?

I am looking to buy a used car, plenty of room of my family and 2 dogs.
I know the vehicle that appeals to me, but I do not see any fitting my wish
list.
Please can you help with this?
I do not want a diesel engine.
I prefer a manual transmission.
It has to have annual Low road tax.
So interested in the car listed below.

Fiat 500L = not the most reliable car you can buy. Do lots of research before buying one of these.
