I have 2003 ram 1500 3.7 i wanna swap out
the engine for a 4.7 what modifications do i
need to make for this fit?

Why go through all that trouble to swap to a 4.7L? Go with a 5.7 Hemi at a min.

You will also need a new trans, that the 4.7L and 5.7L uses.
