On a used car or a new one? Get your money together, find a car you like, test drive, negotiate the price and pay for it.

The same as if you were buying from a dealership or if you're buying from a private seller it's a little different. Good luck

Private sales are a little different than buying from a dealer. Dealers will do the DMV paperwork. For a private sale you will need to complete the paperwork at your local DMV office.
