How can I tell if a cargo transit van has a ramp and is wheelchair accessible? I can't add this feature to the filter can I?

You have to do an 'Advanced Search'. On the right side of the screen, there are boxes to check for "Installed Options". The second to last option is "Handicap Accessible".
