My car wants to start but doesn't wanna turn over

it wants to start but doesn't turn over. I had gotten a jump but still doesn't turn
over what do i do?

It cranks ( turns over ) But doesn't start ? Check for proper spark , fuel pressure and injector pulse
When you turn the key forward before starting it up, listen for a hum from the rear of the van... that would be your fuel pump. If you don't hear that, it's likely that your fuel pump is not working.
