The Bantam with a 1400 TDCi is not a Rocam engine. The Rocam is only the Petrol Engine. When last was the Diesel fuel filter replaced. This could be the problem. Once you have replaced the Diesel fuel filter, you have to bleed the system. The pump to bleed the system in in the engine compartment.
