I had the same problem and i replaced them today and the sound is gone and much smoother ride as well. The dealer did it and it cost around $100 CAD

tie rods are what the stealership says needs to be replaced. it does take away the "thunk" when its done but a simple $20 replacement of the sway bar bushings does the job. tie rods last much longer than most think.

I have replaced both struts, inner and outer tire rods, sway bar link and the sway bar bushings. I still have the clunking when I hit bumps. Feels like the wheel is going to come off. What am I missing?

Try looking at the fuse box under the hood. I sprayed some sound proof spray on it, got rid of some noise, but I'm still trying to find all of the noise issues too. Good luck

I had a 2013 300 which was a pretty good car until 54000 miles. Then the suspension noises began. A rattle over small bumps front left and a scraping sound on hard lefts at low speeds such as in a parking lot. Rebuilt the entire front end and I would swear it got worse. Everything you see in this forum I did....some of it twice. I finally just had to trade the car. This is probably a major design flaw and Chrysler should take serious notice. This car has had the same basic platform for years and should long ago have been addressed.

Call me crazy, but you will notice that your 300 has an eltronic Power Steering pump, hidden behind the inner wheel well cover on the front passenger side. Take the wheel off, pull the wheel well cover off and add fluid the the reservoir and your clunk will be gone.

Try the rotor backing plates for the metal rubbing sound.
