In June of 1965 I purchased a new PV 544 Sport delivered to Northern Italy as an export vehicle to USA for $1,920. Price in US on the east coast was around $2,600 at that time. I recently purchased a 1964 PV 544 and have read the past comments on the brake questions with great interest. HKM Aviano 1965

It's good to hear from somebody on this forum, it's been pretty dead here lately. Enjoy your 64 544, I've got a 60 544 with the B16B engine in it. I have a B20E on the engine stand now. I'm waiting for rings and rod bearings. It will be ready for transplant soon, but winter is creeping up on us here. Where are you located now? I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio
