can i use a 240 6 cylinder flywheel on a 351 windsor

i have a 65 ford custom with a 240 6 cylinder in it im putting in a 351 windsor from 71 ltd can i use the 6 cylinder flywheel  its a manual trans

If the outside diameter on the 6 cylinder ring gear is the same diameter as the ring gear on the 8 cylinder, and it bolts up to the crankshaft. The 6 cylinder ring gear diameter may be smaller than the V8 engine.
