What's wrong with my 2007 GMC sierra

I have a 2007 GMC Sierra the transmission
went out and I had to replace it in order to do
that I had to cut the exsaust I put it back on
but ever since it seems to have no power
and misses I can barley push the gas and it
goes slow and when I excelerate to the floor
still goes no where it seems to have no
power behind it and is running lean
