I have a code of 24 on a 1989 GMC 1500 Sierra. Any good ideas on where to look. I have replaced ecm, pigtail on transmission speedometer gauge.

Replace the speed sensor.You will find the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) on the left side of the tail shaft of the trany. Please let me know how it goes
