I can't find where the vacuum hose under my 81 el camino can anyone help

I need to replace vacuum hose on my 81 el camino but I can't find where it is under the hood .  Its for my air conditioner

They usually hook up to a nipple under the carborator. Look for a small black hose that slips onto a metal nipple. They sometimes tuck into the wiring harness to head into the cabin for the HVAC system.

the vacme hose is coming out from round black ball about the size of a grapefruit it has oxford written on it.
