About: Peugeot 206
knocking noise
i have a 2002 pug 206 2.0 hdi turbo and there is a knocking noise at the rear of the car. as an ex mechanic i have traced all the usual suspects i.e exhaust, spare wheel cage and its contents and have come to a loss if any have had the same problem and had it resolved can somebody please tell me, thanks

hey pal have you tried all suspention abosrbers? cuz on mine the rubber mounts went and i got a knockin noise.

thanks for your reply and yeah i have checked all suspension components but it only happens when i turn corners and both cv joints are fine

have you checked the bearings because some times you can only hear them wile goin around corners
