Map Sensor?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 98 Cavalier (2.2L) has just started to buck and kick when i first start it, after its been sitting for at least a couple of hours. After a little bit it seems to run fine. I have had a similar problem before, I have replaced the Map Sensor twice (not usually a part to go on a car). Im just wondering if anyone knows if this is the actual problem or the result of another problem that has not yet surfaced?
