How can I tell if my 98 Astro has a towing package?

If it had a towing package, it would typically have a hitch installed from the factory along with the proper wiring harness.  If it does not have this, the tow package was not selected.  You can if in doubt have a dealership service department pull up your VIN number and tell you how the vehicle was originally optioned.
