Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay so I bought this 1990 Chevy Silverado
K1500 and I replaced a water pump, my fan,
fan clutch, and radiator because of a faulty
water pump destroyed all that. Well she
started right up and I drove her all weekend
no problem. Well last monday I went to go
start her up and nothing. So i go and get my
battery tested and well the battery was no
good so I bought another one even replaced
the bolts that screw into the battery and well
she still wont start does not even try to
crank over, my headlights do not turn ob, my
light inside the truck will not turn on, my
hazards do not turn on, so im at a loss.
When I bought the truck she started right up
and now she does not want to work...  Is it
electrical??

I have a feeling you may have a bad ground on the car, Since its a new battery I'm assuming the battery has 12 volts, but check to make sure. Ground the engine block to the frame with a heavy ground wire or cable, making sure that both connections are clean, tight, and metal to metal. Next, ground the engine block to the vehicle body with a heavy ground wire or cable making sure that both connections are clean, tight and metal to metal.

Yes it's electrical. Check for burned out fusible links to starter or starter relay, check battery cable for loss of continuity with a digital multimeter, check the 125A mega fuse.
