What is your engine temperature? Is it really overheating or is it just the odor of hot antifreeze?

It may just be that during the radiator swap, some coolant splashed onto the exhaust manifold and it is burning off. That could explain the smell. Keep an eye on your engine temperature and check your coolant level every day or every other day until your confident. If you're still concerned with it over the next week or so, I would bring it to where the work was done to have them inspect their work.
