2008 dodge charger cut off while driving will not restart or turn over

I was driving my car and it just died. I had to tow t home. I have had the battery checked, the alternator check, all was ok. I replace #9 starter relay under the hood. I turn the key on. all the dash lights and radio come on . I try to start it I hear one click the radio dies 4 seconds later I hear another click and the radio comes back on but the car will not turn over much less start. any ideas?2.7 engine

Try changing the ignition actuador switch
