Front turn signals light but not blinking

My dash and rear lights blink when I signal or
activate hazards but the front signal lights just stay
solid. I can hear both flashers clicking as well.

yeah that makes sense , the ground is the first thing I thought of and who knows what else you'll find , you might find the problem . I usually get schooled when dealing with auto electrical but I know enough to get by .
