It depends on where you live. In some places, like the great North, most of these old classics rotted away because of the elements but in dry, warm places where it doesn't snow, they can be quite popular... Even if it is completely trashed -- It is still probably worth about $500 in steel alone! Also depends on WHY the engine isn't running. Is it something as easy as a battery or is the engine no good?

Live in Illinois, so paint is weathered, tires flat, interior decent shape. car hasn't been used in several years. Rebuilt motor does not turnover?
