I have a 1977 buick rivera and i replaced the blower motor and still wont come on it has climate control and checked all fuses they are good.

Check the blower motor resistor, it's located under the hood in the right rear corner near the fire wall.

I too agree with the other poster. However if that isn't the solution, I suggest checking the fuse with a fuse checker/test light. Even though the fuses are in tact and not broken they could be weak and not in proper working condition.
