Won't turn over or won't start? I suspect you have an EVAP system problem. Do you top it off when you fill the tank? Don't!

It turns over but it won't crank.. This only happens when I put gas in it.. Yes I usually fill it up but one time I only put $10.00 in it and got in and tried to crank it. It cranked up but it acted like it didn't want to.. Any ideas on what this could be?
