The A/Vheater blowers quit. What is the fix

Blower was working fine,then quit. Checked the
fuse to no avail

I have a 07 H3 had the same issue. Ac/heater motor quit. Took it in for HVAC recall and it fixed the issue Fan motor works great now! Not sure if the 2008 is part of the recall?
