2008 Mercury Mariner Premier brake system issues.

Question type: General

2/2019-Abs & traction light would come on, got a reading on codes C1234;
which said right front sensor missing, had tone ring replaced by ford dealer,
no more lights but car was extremely slugish,like it was being held back.it,s
April, it got to 82 degrees (nicest weather this year so far) front Right break
must have squeezed close as rumbling started & noticed breaking wasn’t as
good when coming to a stop, by time I got home it had locked up & was
smoking. Was this a recall? I have had roters replaced several times on front;
could replacing tone ring affect my brakes locking up like that? Is there a
recall on 2008 Mercury Mariners breaking system?
