Battery dies after drive

I have got a hyundai accent CRDI 2006. Its battery
is getting drained after every drive. And it doeant
get start. But if i am turning the engine off and wait
for a couple of hour then the car gets start. What
may be the reason.

You should first check the condition of the battery terminal connections--if you have a loose terminal or corrosion between the connection, this can keep sufficient current from flowing from your battery to start the engine. If the battery is good and the connection good, then I would stop by an auto parts store and have them check your alternator.
I think it indirectly a hot starting problem. I think self starter needs to be overhauled. Check the commutator and carbon brushes.
I think the generator doesn't charge the batteri and now the _Batteri is too weak that with some meter running drains quickly
