My car keep shaking when I drive

Hey I just got a air flow mass last week and a oil
change . But my car still shaking what does it mean

This means that the MAF and oil change did not fix this. (just kidding) Is the check engine light on? May want to go to like Auto Zone and see if there are any codes stored in the ECU. They have a scanner to read engine codes.
