How can I recharge the AC, on my 2006 Chevrolet Uplander myself. Any advice is much appreciated. Swealtering in Florida.

They sell recharge kits at places like Walmart, This operation used to be done only by pro's. The reason? You can get hurt the refrigerant in that can boils at -21 below zero farenheit wear gloves and eye protection follow instructions and don't overcharge the system capacity is on a label under the hood. If you have trouble moving the refrigerant out of the can immerse the can in warm water. I hope this helps you

Take it to a pro , if the freon leaked out the new batch will to , The components of an A/C system are set to work together including freon pressure and density
