car is hesitating acting fuel starved I put a new filter,fuel pump is good traced fuel all the way to the fuel injection fuel is flowing good now it won't start

Car had lost power then would not start acted fuel starved we replaced the
fuel filter fuel pump working good we traced fuel all the way to the injection
site good flow now it won't stay running

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator?And all so the fuel pressure?
