Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Help! I need an EXPERT mechanic for my '89 240sx in San Francisco or Bay Area. Can some one recommend one? I've had the same problem w/my car for over a year and even though my mechanic is fair and a good guy...he can't really fix it properly.
