hi why are my head lights stuck on all the time on my audi 80 19tdi i have changed the stick but the only way i can turn them off is pull the wire plug out

It sounds to me like there may be a charging system issue. I would first check the voltage that the system runs at with the lights off, and with the lights on. It should be 13.5-14V when the engine is running. I'm thinking that with the lights on, the voltage may be dipping down to the point that it cannot hold the relay.
