I have a 1972 be super beetle and we
replaced all the filters and line and the
carburetor is only getting a little bit of fuel
then it slowly trinkles off even with the
throttle held what could it be?

Have you tried cleaning the carb? Could be a clogged jet or carb is just gummed up.
